Return & Refund Policy Loweli

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your product is unused and in its original packaging, you are still within the 30-day purchase period and the product meets the conditions below, we will gladly refund your money!

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@loweli.uk.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return shipment, please contact us at info@loweli.uk.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items not eligible for a full refund

Free/promotional items are not eligible for a refund. If the above return conditions are met and the return shipment is approved, you will receive a voucher.
